Solarity Prospects is a project that involves platforms for discussions about contemporary and historic politics of the sun. Through a dialogue between philosophy, activism, science and ecological perspectives, Solarity Prospect is composed of a series of actions that invite for a critical and alternative thinking about environmental justice and energy democracy under the sign of sun. In addition to the program at the ACUD Galerie, this project includes a film screening at Arsenal – Institute for Film and Video Art (24 October 2023) and a symposium at ICI – Berlin Institute for Cultural Inquiry, in cooperation with Bard College Berlin (23 October 2023).
